Our site is the perfect location to bring your team for your next retreat. Our site sleeps people in 31 individual beds across the 4 properties and provides the perfect meeting room where you can all gather together to strategise, learn and bond. We provide AV equipment if required and can arrange catering throughout the stay.
“This year we chose to hold our annual company retreat at Libbear Barton...Max and Alex were extremely accommodating and turned things around for us at the drop of a hat. The rooms, and all facilities, felt luxurious and comfortable whilst maintaining an air of country cosiness. The weather during our stay was changeable, but there were plenty of indoor activities on offer to keep us entertained, from board games to table tennis and the indoor heated pool. Gathering around an open fire at the end of the day was the cherry on the cake and just the kind of team bonding we were hoping for!”

The Stables
Our converted stables are now a beautiful, wooden beamed meeting hall that can seat all our guests around a table for supper, or in a conference set up, can seat up to 50 people. Complete with speakers and a projector, it is the ideal for presenting.
